Claudio spent the majority of his career as an attorney, first at DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary then at Morvillo, Abramowitz, Grand, Iason, Anello & Bohrer. At both firms, he specialized in corporate law and white collar litigation, representing companies and executives in complex litigation against the U.S. Department of Justice and Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC). Matters included Madoff Securities, Lehman Brothers, Enron, UBS, and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
After leaving the law practice, he co-founded JCR Company, a national consulting firm, and Native State.
Claudio has served in the government as press secretary for the Lt. Governor of Colorado (the youngest in the state's history) and in several functions at the U.S. State Department, Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and The White House.
Claudio is a member of the board of directors of Lincoln Hall Boys School and was selected by Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis as a member of the 2018 class of the Joint Civilian Orientation Conference.
Claudio attended American University’s Washington College of Law, Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, and the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado.
