DCG Partner Vince Stewart to Receive INSA's Baker Award

WASHINGTON January 19, 2023 - Donovan Capital Group, LLC ("DCG") is pleased to announce that DCG Partner Lt. Gen. Vince Stewart (USMC, Ret.) has been selected by the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) to receive the organization’s 2023 William Oliver Baker Award. Established in 1984, the Baker Award recognizes extraordinary contributions to U.S. intelligence and national security affairs.  

The Baker Award recognizes individuals who made sustained contributions or single achievements of extraordinary merit to the intelligence and national security affairs of the United States. Previous recipients include former Secretary of Homeland Security Gov. Tom Ridge; former Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence Hon. Sue Gordon; and former National Security Agency Director GEN Keith B. Alexander, USA (Ret.). The Award Selection Committee is comprised of members from INSA’s board of directors.

“While this recognition is regarded as a personal recognition, it is far more reflective of the amazing men and women in the intelligence community who carried me for 38 years,” said Lt. Gen. Stewart. “They are the real heroes of this story.”

Lt. Gen. Stewart will be honored at the 2023 William Oliver Baker Award Dinner on Friday, June 9, at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C. Registration for this celebratory evening will open in March.
