Retired CIA Senior Executive Joins Donovan as a Senior Advisor
WASHINGTON, December 15, 2020 - Donovan Capital Group, LLC is pleased to share that Karyn Eliot, who most recently served as Director of Industry Partnerships in the Directorate of Science & Technology at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), has joined Donovan Capital as a senior advisor.
For 30 years, Ms. Eliot has led U.S. national security science and technology programs, intelligence operations, acquisitions, policy, and strategic industry partnerships. Assignments span the Agency and include Technology Lead in the Director of CIA’s Operations Group, Senior Technical Representative in the Directorate of Operations, Deputy Director for Policy at the National Reconnaissance Office, and Deputy Chief of Station for Technology in the European and DC regions.
Ms. Eliot currently leads Amplio Partners, LLC to continue supporting government and commercial partner engagement across the national security community.
